Police have launched an investigation after a teenage boy was taken to hospital with burns and injuries.
In a message sent to the media, police said the 13-year-old boy was undergoing treatment at Hulhumale' Hospital.
"Police received information that a 13-year-old boy was being treated for burns and began investigating the case on January 23, 2025,” they stated.
Police said they were investigating to find the cause of the injuries but did not provide further details.
