Urbanco has signed agreements with 15 companies to develop flats in Hulhumale'.
The agreements were signed to build two types of flats - six mixed residential complexes within Phase 1 and 10 Pure residential complexes spanning Phase 1 and 2.
The companies contracted to build mixed residential buildings are:

- Renatus Projects
- Sinhaal Engineering
The companies contracted to build the Pure residential buildings are:
- Alaaf Private Limited
- Antrac Holding
- Big Hat Logistics
- Built Spaces Private Limited
- Epoch Associates
- Glorious Residence
- Ives Private Limited
- Veligaa Hardware
- Blue Span
- Buildup International
Sixty percent of the units in these buildings are to be sold at the controlled prices set by the Ministry of Housing.
The two-bedroom apartments are priced at MVR 1.5 million and the three-bedroom apartments at MVR 2.5 million.
