A 19-year-old man died in an accident in Hulhumale' Phase 2 last night.

Police said Ismail Rayan bin Nazim died in a collision between two motorcycles.

The accident occurred when a motorcycle travelling at high speed against the one-way collided with a motorcycle coming the opposite way.

Police said two others were injured and taken to the hospital. But their condition remains unclear.

Police said further investigation was underway.
