A young man has been admitted to the ICU after a police vehicle collided with a motorcycle in Hulhumalé Phase 2.

Adhadhu understands that the injured individual is an 18-year-old man. He is currently receiving treatment at Hulhumalé Hospital.

Photos and videos from the scene of the accident show significant damage to the police car, which struck the motorcycle.

The police have not yet issued a statement regarding the incident.
