ADK Hospital has officially launched "MyCare," a secure online portal designed to provide patients with convenient, 24/7 access to healthcare services and medical records.

The launch marks a milestone in the hospital’s ongoing efforts to digitalize its services and leverage modern innovation to enhance patient accessibility.

Accessible via ADK’s official website, the portal serves as a secure platform consolidating various healthcare services. It allows patients to manage their healthcare needs from any location, eliminating the need to wait in phone queues or visit the hospital in person for routine administrative tasks.

Key features available through the "MyCare" portal include:

  • Seamless online appointment booking and tracking of upcoming consultations.
  • Instant access to comprehensive medical history.
  • Viewing and downloading digital prescriptions directly to mobile devices.
  • Real-time access to laboratory results and radiology reports.
  • Access to hospital bills and invoices.

Existing patients of ADK Hospital can access the portal through two secure methods: using the national digital identity platform "eFaas," or via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number.

The "MyCare" portal is expected to streamline daily healthcare management by reducing the necessity for physical visits and phone inquiries. Tasks such as checking lab reports, reviewing prescriptions, and confirming appointments can now be completed within seconds.

ADK Hospital said the introduction of this portal is part of its strategic investment in digital technology, aimed at elevating the standard of patient care and removing barriers to accessing medical services.
