Attorney General Usham recovering after throat surgery in Singapore

Attorney General Ahmed Usham is undergoing treatment after a throat surgery in Singapore.

Usham told Adhadhu, via text messages, that he was recovering after the planned surgery which had been delayed due to various reasons.

He added that the surgery was scheduled when he was the Villimale' MP but had to be postponed due to work after being appointed as Attorney General.

He underwent surgery on December 21, 2024 and has been recovering for about 10 days. Usham did not say when he would return to Male'.
