First Lady Fazna Ahmed met on Monday with Sajidha Mohamed, spouse of President-Elect Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.
The meeting took place at the Official Residence of the President—Mulee'aage.
During the meeting, Fazna extended her congratulations to the incoming First Lady on the election victory of Muizzu in the recent Presidential Election.
She also imparted insights from her tenure as First Lady and pledged her full support and assistance to the incoming First Lady.
Fazna also reiterated her dedication to facilitating a smooth transition of government to the incoming administration.
According to the President's Office, they engaged in a comprehensive discussion on various social issues and emphasized the importance of concerted efforts to devise solutions.
