Four Pakistani nationals have been arrested on charges of drug smuggling and trafficking.
The woman and three men were stopped at the airport after customs officials found them suspicious.
They were taken to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) and scans showed drugs hidden in their bodies.
The criminal court remanded them for five days. They are now being held at the Dhoonidhoo medical clinic.
The warrant states that they should be summoned for a remand hearing within 24 hours of being discharged from the clinic.
