Dhiraagu introduces EliteClub+

Dhiraagu has launched "Dhiraagu EliteClub+", a loyalty program offering exclusive benefits and discounts at over 100 outlets for all its mobile customers.

The program was inaugurated during a special press conference held at the Dhiraagu Head Office last week.

During the event, the company revealed the mystery behind the "doors" recently placed across various locations in the Maldives. These installations, which garnered public attention, were symbolic of the new opportunities and rewards now accessible to customers through EliteClub+.

Mohamed Mirushan Hassan, Dhiraagu’s Director of Brand and Marketing Communications, said that while the service was previously an invitation-only program, it has now been expanded to include all customers. He noted that the objective is to enrich customers' lives and bring them added value through strategic partnerships.

Under the new program, customers can earn points by recharging, paying bills, and purchasing add-ons. Based on their accumulated points, members will be categorised into Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. These points can be redeemed for various rewards, including free data and gift cards.

Existing EliteClub members will be automatically transitioned to the new program. Other customers can join via the Dhiraagu App, with a welcome bonus of 100 points awarded to every new sign-up.

Further information regarding the program is available on the Dhiraagu website at https://www.dhiraagu.com.mv/personal/lifestyle/elite-club.

Dhiraagu emphasised its ongoing commitment to customer appreciation. The company stated it is working closely with its Elite partners to provide enhanced benefits and strengthen its relationship with its customer base.
