Taking place at JEN Maldives, Malé by Shangri-La from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the celebration will bring together hospitality professionals, industry representatives, partners, influencers and coffee enthusiasts for an afternoon dedicated to coffee, creativity and new experiences.
A key highlight of this year’s celebration will be the official launch of the illy Golden Hour Series, a new collection of specially crafted drinks inspired by the experience of enjoying coffee during the golden hour. Guests will have the opportunity to discover and taste the new creations as part of a dedicated product experience during the event.
Coffee, Creativity and Hands-On Experiences
Illy Day 2026 will feature an Illy Masterclass, offering participants an opportunity to explore the preparation and presentation of specially crafted Illy beverages. The session will introduce new drink concepts and preparation techniques, while demonstrating the versatility of Illy coffee across a variety of creations.
Guests can also take part in the interactive illy DIY Drinks Station, where they will be able to prepare selected beverages and experiment with different combinations for a more hands-on coffee experience.
Together, the activities are designed to offer both hospitality professionals and coffee enthusiasts new ways to experience Illy while celebrating the creativity and craft behind coffee preparation.

During the Happy Hour, participating outlets will offer 20% off selected special drinks, together with complimentary classic coffee beverages, including Espresso, Americano and Cappuccino, as part of the Illy Day experience.

Coffee lovers are invited to join the Illy Day 2026 celebration at JEN Maldives, Malé by Shangri-La from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on 1 October 2026 and experience the newly launched Illy Golden Hour Series, take part in the interactive activities and discover new ways to enjoy Illy coffee.
