Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has introduced significant enhancements to mobile banking for both individuals and businesses through its latest mobile application, FaisaMobile X.

According to MIB, the bulk transfer feature in FaisaMobile X allows corporate clients to execute large-scale transactions with ease. The bank highlighted that this provides substantial relief for companies required to process multiple payments simultaneously.

"The bulk transfer feature enables companies to deposit staff salaries without the need to submit additional documentation to the bank. As a result, salaries can be conveniently processed even on bank holidays," stated the country's first Islamic bank.

Through the application, businesses can approve pending transactions without logging into the web portal and facilitate outward Telegraphic Transfers (TT). The app also includes a multi-level transaction authorization system specifically designed for corporate accounts.

The app features a recurring transfer option that can be configured once for automated payments, ensuring customers can manage business transactions seamlessly from anywhere.

FaisaMobile X is an upgraded version of MIB’s previous mobile application. The bank noted that the platform allows customers to manage all their accounts conveniently from a single interface.

MIB customers can open accounts without visiting a physical branch and conduct financial transactions from any location via mobile and internet banking. MIB continues to expand its reach and introduce innovative new services to its portfolio.
