The Maldives Expo was officially opened on Friday night after awarding prizes to the winners.

The expo began at the Hulhumale' Central Park. The awards ceremony was held at the Social Center on Thursday night.

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and senior government officials attended the award ceremony and the expo launch.

Five top winners of the expo

3. Maldives Polytechnic
4. Mohamed Moosa
5. Ali Mahir

A total of 275 winners were awarded prizes at the ceremony while 383 exhibitors participated in the expo. There are 14 categories and 82 sub-categories.

The exhibition will continue until this month. The exhibition is being organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Business Center Corporation (BCC).
