Five people have been arrested from a spa in Addu city Feydhoo.
Police said two Maldivian men and three Thai women were arrested and further investigations are underway.
On March 9, police conducted a similar operation in Hithadhoo and Maradhoo and five people were arrested from each island.
The suspects include those arrested from a spa. They were three Maldivian men, five Thai women, an Indian and a Myanmar woman.
There have been cases of prostitution by foreign women in some massage parlours and spas in Male' and Addu.
