Tree Top Hospital has appealed to submit complaints via email after a group of people protested in front of the hospital on Sunday.
In a press release, the hospital appealed to customers to submit complaints or concerns through official communication channels.
The hospital assured that cases will be investigated regularly if a formal submission is made. Complaints can be sent to care@treetophospital.com.
At least three families took part in the protest against Tree Top Hospital on Sunday, accusing the hospital of causing deaths through negligence.
The protesters also complained that the hospital management was not listening to their complaints.
