NewsRasmale' master plan to house 200,000 people in 20 years
The Maldives has opened a tender for a master plan to develop Rasmale', a 1,010-hectare reclaimed island designed for 200,000 residents. The project aims for carbon neutrality through renewable energy and sustainable transport. A Maldivian firm will be selected to finalize the land-use and climate-resilient strategy within eight weeks.
NewsSolar City project awarded to Canadian company
The project was awarded to Abraxas Power at the Business Forum in Singapore. The project management agreement was signed on Tuesday.
