CRCC paid USD 13.2 million in advance despite failing in project
China Railway Construction Corporation received a $13.2 million advance for the Rasmale’ reclamation project despite failing to complete any contracted tasks. An independent evaluation found the company finished only 3% of the work, with many activities failing to meet specifications. This follows the termination of a previous contractor.
