Mahid appointed to lead new Citizens' Complaints Bureau
Dr. Mohamed Mahid Shareef has been appointed to lead the newly established Citizens' Complaints Bureau at the ministerial level. The bureau will manage public grievances through various platforms, including a 24-hour call center. Mahid previously held roles at the Islamic University of Maldives and CA Maldives.
