Former Fenaka Procurement Head sentenced to prison
Former Fenaka procurement head Mariyam Dheena Solih was sentenced to over 19 months in prison for misusing her position to grant undue advantages to a private firm. She authorized MVR 848,000 in payments for incomplete work in 2018. Dheena faces additional charges involving further procurement fraud and illegal vessel subleasing.
