The Prosecutor General's (PG) Office has withdrawn charges against Kings Capital Holdings Pvt Ltd for allegedly laundering large sums of money by introducing a fraudulent investment scheme in violation of the laws and regulations.

The charges were filed on November 23, 2023, against Shazban Fahmy, Sahban Fahmy and Alhan Fahmy.

The PG Office decided to withdraw the charges because the defendants had paid compensation to the 13 persons scammed under the investment scheme.

But investigations are still ongoing after complaints were filed by more people who invested in the scheme. The PG Office said charges will be pressed again when the investigations conclude.
