Joali Being Resort , operating on Raa Bodufushi island, has launched "Island Homes" and opened its villas for sale.

According to hospitalitynet, the villas range in size from 230 square meters to 1,700 square meters. These include one bedroom villas and four bedroom villas in "ocean residences" and "beach residences" category.

The "Island Homes" will be manages by Joali Being Resorts and offers rental returns plans. The price of a villa starts at USD 5 million (MVR 77 million).

Joali Being Resort opened in 2021 as the first wellbeing island in the Maldives. It has 68 exclusive guest villas with pools, consisting of 33 beach villas and 35 water villas.
