A man who was injured while working on a dredger at the Hulhumale’ harbor died on Friday.

The 30-year-old Indian man sustained the injury after he was struck by dredger pump doors that were being lifted by a crane, police informed Adhadhu in a message.

The man was rushed to the Hulhumale’ hospital around 10:38 am on Friday morning.

But he was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital, police said.
