RACL Managing Director Mubeen resigns

Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) Managing Director Ahmed Mubeen resigned on Tuesday.

Adhadhu understands that he resigned as the transfer of RACL under Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) is almost complete.

Former Bilehdhoo MP Mubeen is the Chairperson of New Radiant Sports Club.

All RACL employees have now been transferred to MACL and have started working.

However, not all the work of transferring RACL under MACL has been completed. The liquidation process is not yet complete and is expected to be completed in the coming days.

The cabinet decided to merge RACL and MACL in September last year to reduce expenditure.
