MATATO unveils new logo and re-elects Ghiyas for President

The Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has launched its new logo and re-elected Abdulla Ghiyas as its President.

MATATO's new logo and new executive board were unanimously approved by 21 members present at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the Manhattan Business School on Wednesday night.

MATATO spent MVR 1.86 million in 2024 while it was expected to earn MVR 2.03 million.

MATATO is expected to earn MVR 2.23 million and spend MVR 2.05 million in 2025 while the expected revenue for 2026 is MVR 2.44 million with an expenditure of MVR 2.25 million.

MATATO's new website was also launched at the AGM. The website was launched by Tourism Minister Ibrahim Faisal.
