MIB to plant 1,000 trees at Kudagiri Picnic Island

The Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Clean Maldives to plant 1,000 trees at Kudagiri Picnic Island.

MIB MD and CEO Mufaddal Idris Khumri signed on behalf of the bank at a ceremony held at the head office. Clean Maldives President Hafsath Aleem signed on behalf of the association.

“In addition to planting trees under the agreement, tree planting programs will be conducted in islands with awareness sessions for the people,” MIB said.

MIB has been doing important work for the community while expanding its services in different parts of Maldives.

All the services provided by the bank can be accessed online and business accounts can be opened remotely without going to the bank.
