The helpline for psychosocial assistance is 1677. It was launched as a 24-hour helpline accessible to people of all ages.

According to the Health Ministry, the helpline aims to provide assistance in overcoming life challenges and provide psychological first aid over the phone to people facing mental health issues,

The helpline will provide assistance in resolving mental health issues, provide information and make referrals to related services.
