Ayesha Nurain Janah has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC).

She is the daughter of Principal Advisor on Trade and Investment Mohamed Ali Janah, who was appointed by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.

Nurain is a Chartered Accountant with 10 years of management experience. She is also the Vice Chairperson of Janah's Hotels and Resort Investment Group.

Nurain is also the founder and director of Rehendhi Consulting. She lived and grew up in Maldives and New Zealand.

MMPRC is responsible for promoting Maldives tourism. The current government has decided to rebrand the company.

After President Muizzu assumed office, Fathimath Thaufeeq was appointed as the Managing Director of the company.
