Urbanco has decided to provide assistance to three activities planned to take place in Hulhumale’ to help Palestinian people facing hardship due to Israeli military aggression.
Various organisations have taken the initiative and planned activities to help Palestine over the weekend and next week in Hulhumale’. They include:
- Panel discussion by Ilmuveringe Gulhun: This activity is due to take place on Thursday evening at the Hiya Park area. The topic of the discussion is ‘On the state of Palestine.’
- Fundraising by Moms NGO: This event is due to take place on Friday at the Hiya area.
- Fundraising by Cake Donors: This event will take place over three days on October 28, 29 and 30.
Urbanco said the company has been facilitating the organization of the events. The company urged as many people as possible to participate and donate what they can to help alleviate the suffering of Palestinian people.
Several activities to help the people of Palestine are underway in the Maldives as in the rest of the world.
