The government has decided to allocate flats to all eligible applicants under the 'Gedhoruveriyaa' housing scheme.
The list of flat-winners was published in the government gazette on Tuesday morning.
The Housing Ministry said it will continue to verify the accuracy of the information provided in the forms submitted by those who have been listed as eligible in the provisional list.
The deadline for submitting complaints to the provisional list is August 22.
Applicants whose information cannot be verified will be treated as per the declaration signed while submitting the form.
The government is building 32 18-storey towers in the second phase of the Hulhumale' under the 'Gedhoruveriyaa' scheme. These include 1,200 two-bedroom apartments and 2,800 three-bedroom apartments.
The opportunity to apply for flats under the government's housing policy was opened on June 26 last year. Some 20,697 people applied for 4,000 flats by the deadline.
