Dozens of questions remain unanswered over the fall of a young Maldivian woman from an apartment building to a rooftop in Male' on April 18.

It is not entirely clear how Hawwa Yumnu Rasheed, 21, fell from Henveiru Fentenoy house. Some allege that someone pushed her. But police believe no one else was involved in the fall.

Only Raudh Ahmed Zilal, who is in police custody, is believed to have been with Yumnu at the time of her fall. In the videos released by the police, Rauds is the only person seen with Yumnu.

But as Yumnu recovers from life-threatening injuries in Malaysia, her family cited her saying that there were others besides Raudh at the time of her fall. They were four of the eight people who had been active with Yumnu the previous night.

Yumnu and Raudh are believed to have entered Fentenoy house early in the morning of April 18. Before that, four people went to Henveiru Kashiveli house - the home of one of the people who were with Yumnu that night. Police say the four spent about 10 minutes in Kashiveli house.

Before that, Yumnu and the eight others were at Maandhooge Dhekunuge house. They spent the big portion of the night in that house. There were a total of nine people in that house. After that, four people left Maandhooge Dhekunuge house and headed towards Kashiveli house, according to the police. They also believe that only Yumnu and Raudh went to Fentenoy after that.

This means that there are major contradictions in the statements of the police and Yumnu's family. Meanwhile, Adhadhu has received video footage which shows the front door of Fentenoy house. The video footage begins at 2:40 am and ends at 8:31 am.

Analysis done by Adhadhy confirms that the video footage was not edited. In this article, we will look at scenes seen in the footage.

Leaving Maandhooge Dhekunuge and time spent in Kashiveli

According to police, Yumnu and the group left Maandhooge Dhekunu at around 3:40 am. Four others, including Yumnu and Raudh, then went to Kashiveli house on Ameenee Magu.

However, police have not released a video to support their claims. Adhadhu has also not seen any video footage to support it.

A source who viewed the camera footage in Kashiveli told Adhadhu that Yumnu, Raudh, Yoosuf Yassar and Junaina Jamsheed were in the house at around 4:10 am.

This supports the police's claims.

Police said only Yumnu and Raudh left Kashiveli house and went to Fentenoy. Police released videos supporting this claim. Video footage showing the front door of Fentenoy, analysed by Adhadhu, shows Yumnu first appears on camera at 4:29 am. Raudh appears a minute later.

At the time, the whereabouts of Yassar and Junaina are uncertain. However, some people say they, too, left Kashiveli. Adhadhu has not seen any video to confirm this.

Exclusive footage obtained by Adhadhu

The footage obtained by Adhadhu shows the front door of Fentenoy house starting at 2:40 am on April 18.

According to the video footage, Yumnu was the first person to enter Fentenoy, followed by Raudh. No one else was seen entering the house before or after them.

The first time someone leaves the house is at 4:55 am. It was a man who lives on a lower apartment of the house who left to go to the mosque for dawn prayer.

Twenty seconds later, Raudh comes out of the house. No one else who had been with Yumnu and Raudh that night was seen entering the house. The video also does not show anyone not in the group entering the house.

The man who went to the mosque returns home at 6:27 am. Before entering the house, the man looks up at the roof where Yumnu was lying.

The man comes out of the house a second time after changing his clothes to go for a workout at 6:51 am. This time, too, he looks up at the roof. But he does not wait and leaves the house. When he returns, police and military were active in the area. Adhadhu has not been able to reach the man for an interview.

After the man went for a workout, police officers were the ones who attended the house following reports of a woman on the roof.

Police arrive at the scene and Yumnu rescued from the roof

Video footage obtained by Adhadhu shows police arriving at Fentenoy at 7:29 am. A male and a female police officer were the first to attend the scene. The two officers first enter a building in front of Fentenoy.

A resident of the building in front of Fentenoy is believed to have reported the incident to police after spotting Yumnu on the roof.

Police leave this house, cross the street and enter Fentenoy for the first time at 7:32 am. A police officer enters the house, comes out and looks at the roof where Yumnu was lying and then enters the house again. After that, the video shows some of the residents leaving and entering the house.

An MNDF fire and rescue vehicle arrives at 7:40 am.

A video of a man near Yumnu on the roof went viral on social media earlier. Many people questioned about the man and his purpose on the roof. Police said he was a rescue officer who attended the scene.

The video confirms the police statement. It shows the officer getting out of the MNDF vehicle and entering Fentenoy with a ladder. The rescue officers climbed to the roof by placing the ladder across the window of an apartment on the second floor of Fentenoy.

An ambulance arrived at 7:53 am. The camera frame shows the nurse and driver, although it does not show the ambulance. The ambulance was parked at the junction of Buruzu Magu and Kalaafaanu Hingun.

Yumnu was rescued from the roof and placed on a stretcher in front of the Fentenoy house at 8:00 am. She was immediately transported to the hospital.

After that, the video shows a small crowd gathered in the area. A police forensic team arrived at Fentenoy, but the footage does not show the house closed off as a crime scene.

Footage obtained by Adhadhu ends at around 8:30 am. A police team was inside the house at the time. Only the female police officer who attended the scene first was waiting outside the house.

Raudh's movements

The video shows Raudh exiting the house shortly after Yumnu fell. It was 4:55 am.

Another person was seen leaving the house before Raudh. Different people interviewed by Adhadhu said the man lives in a rented apartment in the house. He leaves the house a few seconds before Raudh. It is not clear if the two met on the staircase or in the elevator. This was the man who went to the mosque.

Immediately after exiting Fentenoy, Raudh looks up at the building and towards the roof of Henveiru Mitaaz where Yumnu had landed. He was seen calling out something. He then sits on a motorbike in front of the building with his phone in his hand.

The camera also captured the movements of employees of Buruzu Catering located at a lower floor of Fentenoy. One person looks out from a window in the first floor at the sound of Raudh calling for Yumnu. Raudh also spoke with a Buruzu employee on the road.

Raudh points at his phone and then at the roof. It appeared that he was requesting to make a phone call. But the Buruzu employee refuses and leaves the area. After that, Raudh stays a little longer, looking up. After spending about 1 and a half minutes on the road, Raudh enters Fentenoy again.

Raudh exits the house for a second time after about three minutes. He comes out and looks up while sitting on a motorbike. About 30 seconds later, he goes towards the front door and walks to Kalaafaanu Hingun.

Raudh returns near Fentenoy at 5:03 am. He returns to Buruzu Magu and walks west past Fentenoy. He stops near the Buruzu Catering van in front of an alley next to Fentenoy.

He stays near the vehicle and is seen running into Fentenoy for a third time. He spends about four minutes inside the house. He comes out again, looks up and calls something.

He walks north of Kashimaa Hingun with his phone to his ears. He then sits on a motorbike, playing with his phone, at the junction of Kashimaa Hingun and Buruzu Magu.

He stays there for about two or three minutes and goes back towards Fentenoy. He was on a call with someone. CCTV footage shows him speaking on the phone. The actual time was 5:27 am. This was the last time Raudh was captured on camera footage obtained by Adhadhu.

People cycled around looking for Raudh

Adhadhu earlier reported that he handed over his phone to a man on the road to charge it after Yumnu's fall. The man said two other men were talking to Raudh near the narrow alley west of Fentenoy when he followed Raudh to return the phone. This has been captured in CCTV footage.

Adhadhu can confirm that these two men were in the area multiple times during that time. The two men first arrived at the area at 5:20 am and talked to Raudh for a minute. Raudh is also seen showing them something on his phone.

Raudh is then seen calling someone. The two of them cycle off and Raudh is holding the phone to his ear.

One of them was wearing a black shirt or T-shirt while the other was wearing a white shirt. They were riding a red and black Exciter motorcycle.

Raudh left the area at 5:25 am. The two men visit the area for a second time after Raudh had left at 5:37 am. They stop at the area where they had spoken to Raudh earlier, look into the alley west of Fentenoy and drive forward.

For the third time, only the man in the white shirt is seen on the cycle in the area. It was 5:43 am. This time, too, he stops near the alley and looks before leaving again.

He returns for the fourth time at 5:46 am. This time, he looks at the front door of Fentenoy. Unlike previous times, he rides his into the alley. After waiting two minutes in the alley, he left and headed west on Buruzu Magu at 5:48 am. He turns the corner from Buruzu Magu to Kashimaa Hingun. This is the last time he was seen on the footage.

Adhadhu has been unable to find the identities of these people. However, the footage does not show the two men entering Fentenoy.
