We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team at our Clarks Exotica Kamadhoo Division, Mafhaa Private Limited Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Food and Beverage / Culinary or any related discipline Proven experience as a Head Chef, in addition to experience as a sous chef Understanding of all hotel FNB best practices and with multi cuisines Ability to oversee and manage kitchen operations Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management Outstanding communication and leadership skills Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes

 Planning and designing menus for eating establishments & calculating costs  Directing kitchen operations and managing all kitchen staff.  Overseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processes.  Should be able to prepare desserts and pastries.  Responsible for Kitchen cleanliness, managing the kitchen’s daily operations.  Proactively working to improvise the food coming out of the kitchen.  Monitoring & controlling stock levels. Plan menus and set prices.  Prepare duty rosters for the department. Looking into grooming & staff training.  Examining food quality and service provided by the team.  Inspect & maintain kitchen equipment; schedule repairs regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards. Present regular Reports / Market Analysis / Competitor Insights to Management.
