Tribunal rejects ex-MIFCO CEO’s compensation claim
The Employment Tribunal rejected former MIFCO CEO Vitaly Lyubimov’s claim for $42,000 in compensation following his dismissal. The tribunal ruled his contract was unenforceable because it was signed by an unauthorized official. Lyubimov was fired shortly after alleging political interference within the state-owned company.
