"Shamman's claims about illegal quota trade are true"
MDP’s Fayyaz Ismail backed claims by former Immigration Controller Shamman Waheed that the current administration is involved in illegal expatriate quota trading. Fayyaz alleged the government revived the corrupt scheme and imprisoned Shamman for exposing it, further claiming the border control system was sold to facilitate the trade.
