MWSC to develop water and sewerage systems in New Maafushi
The Maldives Water and Sewerage Company has been contracted to build water and sewerage systems for the newly reclaimed "New Maafushi" area. This project aims to provide essential infrastructure for 308 housing plots, addressing a common national issue where reclaimed land remains uninhabitable due to a lack of basic utilities.
