MIB auctions Kudhimagooge with starting bid of MVR 9.6 million
Maldives Islamic Bank has opened a public auction for the 830-square-foot Kudhimagooge property in Malé with a starting bid of MVR 9.65 million. Interested parties must submit a bid security of MVR 100,000 by the September 28 deadline. Subsequent offers must increase by at least MVR 500,000 to be considered.
