"People's voices must be heard in good governance"
Speaker Abdul Raheem Abdulla told the IPU Assembly that good governance requires listening to citizens and ensuring equal opportunities beyond just establishing institutions. He emphasized that parliaments must use technology to improve transparency, foster public trust, and uphold international law to protect human dignity during global conflicts.
