Rasmale' residents to get special visa subject to renewal
Foreigners purchasing property in Rasmalé will be eligible for a special residency visa modeled after Malaysia’s "My Second Home" program. Attorney General Ahmed Usham stated the visa will require periodic renewal and follows a separate track from the "Pearl Residency" initiative due to disagreements with developer Eagle Hills.
