Two Nepalese nationals arrested for smuggling 1.5kg drugs
Two Nepalese nationals, Nikka Tamang and Eethuranee Gale, were arrested for smuggling 1.5kg of drugs into the Maldives. Authorities discovered 142 drug pellets concealed on their persons after they arrived on September 25. The suspects have been remanded in custody for 30 days as the investigation continues.
