A Bollywood celebrity will attend the premiere of horror movie "Paree" to be released on Wednesday (January 7), Seezan Ali Productions has announced.

But the production team did not reveal the identity of the celebrity.

Tickets for "Paree" have been on sale at the Olympus cinema in Male' since December 19. The film is directed by Seezan Ali.

Seezan and Ahmed Ahsan produced the movie based on the story of a Maldivian family that travels to neighboring Sri Lanka.

The film stars Mariyam Lamsa Latheef (Paree), Aishath Rishmy, Seezan, Jumayyil Nimal and Sheela Najeeb.

Sri Lankan makeup artists and shooting crew were involved in the film, while CGI, visual effects and 7.1 surround sound mixing were done at Indian studios.
