The Male' city council has decided to provide assistance in submitting complaints to the Gedhoruveriya flat recipients list.

In an announcement, the council said its public services department will provide assistance every day except Friday till April 15.

Times allocated to provide assistance:

• March 31 to April 5 - 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm
• April 6 to April 15 - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and 9:00 to 11:00 pm

The government said that 1,820 people in the initial list announced in November 2023 will receive the flats, while 3119 people have been disqualified. Applicants have been given one month to submit complaints.

Housing and Construction Minister Dr. Abdulla Muththalib told a press conference at the President's Office that complaints can be sent through the Gedhoruveriya portal.
