Ooredoo Maldives has scheduled its extraordinary general meeting for December 15 at 8:00 pm.

The meeting will be held online through Maldives Securities Depository Company Pvt Ltd (MSD)'s online general meeting management system Fahivote.

Ooredoo said those who register through MSD's online system Infinity until 8:00 pm on December 13 can join the meeting.

Meeting agenda

• Recitation of Holy Qur'an.
• Speech by the Chairperson, Ms. Fatima Sultan Al-Kuwari
• Speech by Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Khalid Hassan M A Al-Hamadi
• Approval of amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Approval of the adoption of the revised Memorandum and Articles of Association (incorporating the amendments approved by the Shareholders)
• Approval for the sale and transfer of shares of Techfin Maldives Pvt Ltd from Ooredoo Maldives Plc to OFT International LLC.
• Discussions by Shareholders
• Conclusion of the meeting.

Shareholders registered before 2:00 pm on November 27 can attend the meeting. They can vote on agenda items in person or by proxy.
