Dhiraagu has opened applications for its apprenticeship program.

Those interested in participating should submit their applications through the portal before December 1.

Dhiraagu Apprenticeship Program 2025 is conducted under the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to empower youth. Dhiraagu's apprenticeship program is the first such wide-scale corporate apprenticeship program in the country.

Dhiraagu said the main objective of the program is to raise awareness among the youth about the work environment. Through the program, participants will receive various trainings and gain experience in the work environment.

The program will provide job experience and training in the areas of administration, marketing, sales, procurement, corporate services, finance, human resources and technology.

It is aimed at young people between the ages of 18 and 20. Individuals with A level certificate and without full-time employment can participate in the program.

In addition to Male', the program will be carried out in Fuvahmulah, Addu, Kulhudhuffushi, Baa atoll and Ari atoll.

Participants will receive training on important workplace knowledge such as time management and project management to develop their soft skills.

More than 268 people have participated in the Dhiraagu Apprenticeship Program since 2009. Many of the former participants are employed by Dhiraagu and other organizations across the country.
