A new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has been appointed to Fenaka Corporation Limited.
In a social media post, the company welcomed Mohamed Jihad as the new CFO.
Jihad was previously in charge of the projects department, procurement department, logistics department and repair and maintenance as the Chief Resource Officer (CRO) of Fenaka.
It is unclear whether he was removed from those duties before his appointment as the CFO.
Earlier on Monday, former CFO Abdulla Waheed announced his resignation. But he did not state a reason for the decision.
Fenaka did not disclose the reason for the changes and did not respond to phone calls for a comment.
