Ooredoo's Annual General Meeting planned March 7

Telecommunications company Ooredoo Maldives has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for March 7.

Ooredoo said the company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 7 at 8:30 pm.

Those who register to attend the Annual General Meeting can participate online or by visiting the venue for the meeting at Hulhumale' Central Park.

Ooredoo said 200 shareholders will have the opportunity to attend the meeting in person and arrangements will be made for those who wish to attend online.

The company said those who can attend in person and those who are registered for online participation will be notified before 6:00 pm on March 6.

"Online participants can join the meeting through the general meeting management system 'Fahivote' of Maldives Securities Depository Company Pvt Ltd (MSD)", the company stated.

Registration is open till 8:30 pm on March 5. Only registered participants can attend the meeting, the company noted.

The majority shareholder of Ooredoo Maldives is Qatar's Wataniya International. The company, which is listed on the Maldives Stock Exchange, also has shares of the Maldives Pension Administration Office and the public shareholders.
