Dhiraagu has celebrated its 35th anniversary by commemorating 22 employees who have been in the company since its inception.
The employees were presented with a special award at a ceremony held at Villa Nautica Paradise Island on Thursday.
The ceremony was attended by Communications Authority of Maldives Chief Executive Ilyas Ahmed, Dhiraagu Board of Directors Chairman Ismail Waheed, CEO and Managing Director Ismail Rasheed and members of the company's Board of Directors and leadership team.
Dhiraagu has launched a photo book titled “Leading the Digital Transformation Journey of the Maldives” to mark its 35th anniversary. The book was launched by Chairman Ismail Waheed and Managing Director Ismail Rasheed.
The book, which is available digitally on the Dhiraagu website, will showcase the key achievements of the telecommunication company over the past 35 years, building Maldives national digital infrastructure.
