Five plots offered from Hulhumale' to build luxury flats for sale

Urbanco has announced the auction of five plots of land from Hulhumale' phase one for the development of luxury flats for sale.

Bids can be submitted until August 17, according to an announcement made by Urbanco on Sunday. A bid security of MVR 500,000 must be paid with the proposal.

The five plots up for auction include three plots near the Dhiraagu office and two plots in front of the ferry terminal.

  • Lot 10322: 25,660 square feet
  • Lot 11808: 24,961 square feet
  • Lot 11809: 24,652 square feet
  • Lot 11828: 20,727 square feet
  • Lot 11829: 23,229 square feet

The bid opening will take place on August 17, Urbanco said.

According to the announcement, 1000 to 1300 square feet apartments can be built with sitting room, kitchen, dining room, laundry and balcony.
