A Ukrainian national has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company (MIFCO).
Dr. Vitaliy Lyubimov was appointed seven months after the post became vacant. He is the first foreign CEO of the state-owned fisheries company.
