Housing Minister Abdulla Muththalib has met Indian High Commissioner G. Balasubramanian and discussed expediting Thilamale' bridge project.

According to the Housing Ministry, Muththalib and Balasubramanian also discussed future partnerships in infrastructure development during the meeting today.

This is Balasubramanian's first meeting with the Housing Minister since taking over as High Commissioner to the Maldives.

He was appointed in November and presented his credentials to President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu on January 6.

After taking over as High Commissioner, Balasubramanian has been meeting with various dignitaries in Maldives.
